The education of the future isn’t just about theory—it’s about real-world case studies and international collaboration. We’ve taken another important step in this direction! 🚀

A final online meeting was held between Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding and our partners from Aalborg University (Denmark). The main topic was the implementation of the innovative PBL (Project-Based Learning) methodology.

Per Michael Johansen, Rector of the University of Aalborg, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech, in which he emphasized the importance of international academic cooperation and the development of project-based learning.

The event continued with remarks by Olav Geil, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs at the University of Olsztyn, and Mikhail Sergeyevich Mikhailov, Vice Rector for Research, Teaching, and International Affairs at the National University of Kyiv, who outlined the context of the partnership and future areas of cooperation between the universities.

What was the most interesting part? ✨
🔹 Cohort 1 Wrap-Up: Instructors from the first cohort presented their projects and shared their experiences on how PBL is transforming teaching approaches. It was a journey from idea to real educational change!
🔹 Student Voices: Our students—Andris Ruskilis and Oleksandra Bilets—shared their experiences learning with this methodology. Hearing feedback from those we work for is the most valuable thing.
🔹 Plans for the future: We’ve officially kicked off preparations for Cohort 2. Ahead of us are even more collaborative projects and bringing new teachers up to global educational standards.

Thank you to our partners for your trust, support, and collaboration in advancing modern education 💙
