Education: In 1986, she graduated from the Mykolaiv Shipbuilding Institute; she received her second higher education degree in 1998; In 2014, she completed her postgraduate studies at the National University of Shipbuilding; in 2016, she defended her master’s thesis at Odessa National Polytechnic University; in 2020, she graduated with honors from a master’s program in the specialty 073 “Management.”

Position: Associate Professor, Department of Management, National University of Kyiv, Ph.D. in Economics.

Professional experience:

1986–2003 – Design Engineer at the State Design Institute “Giprosudmash”;

Since 2003 – Lecturer at the Institute of Continuing Education;

2011–2014 – Graduate student in the Department of Accounting and Economic Analysis at the National University of Kyiv;

Since 2015 – Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and Production Organization;

Since 2020 – Associate Professor in the Department of Management.

Years of experience 15 years of teaching experience at educational institutions with Level IV accreditation.

Core courses: work motivation, innovation management, cross-cultural management.

Awards and Honors: Letter of appreciation from the rector on the occasion of the anniversary, letter of appreciation from the Ministry of Education and Science.

Publications: Author of 84 scientific papers, 4 collective monographs, and 2 textbooks.

Achievements: Supervised student research projects, which won first place at an international student research competition in 2020. Approximately 20 student publications in scientific journals and conference proceedings, as well as the implementation of research developments into production.

 

Professional Development: From July 22, 2019, to July 31, 2019, I completed a scientific and pedagogical internship on the topic: “Innovative Educational Technologies: European Experience and Its Implementation in the Training of Specialists in Economics and Management” in the field of study 051 “Economics,” worth 5 ECTS credits (150 hours), at the Baltic Research Institute for the Problems of Economic Space Transformation (Riga, Latvia).

Successfully completed the online course “Google Apps in Education” from August 31 to September 30, 2020,  completed the required assignments as part of the “DIGITAL BRIDGE 2.0” event in an online format from September 12 to October 3, 2020; attended a professional development program at the National Center for Continuing Education and Counseling of the Uman National University of Horticulture from January 18 to 22, 2021.
