1. To approve the proposal of the Ministry of Education and Science regarding the reorganization of the V. O. Sukhomlynsky Mykolaiv National University (EDRPOU code 02125444) by merging it with the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding (EDRPOU code 02066753).

The reorganization shall be carried out within the budgetary allocations provided to the said Ministry for these purposes.

2. Please be advised that students and other individuals enrolled at V. O. Sukhomlynsky Mykolaiv National University, including its branch campuses, continue their studies at the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding and its separate structural units in their chosen fields of study and under their respective funding sources.
