A seminar for researchers from the V.O. Sukhomlynsky Educational and Scientific Pedagogical Institute was held at the Scientific Library of the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, focusing on current issues related to the implementation of open science policies in the university environment.

Під час заходу учасники ознайомилися з основними принципами відкритої науки, сучасними міжнародними та національними підходами до відкритого доступу, а також роллю університетських бібліотек у підтримці наукових досліджень та поширенні їх результатів.

Particular attention was paid to the issue of research data management;

the potential of the ZENODO international platform for storing, disseminating, and increasing the visibility of scientific publications and research data;

access to and use of the resources of the EIFL-Ukraine Consortium;

Учасникам семінару також було представлено інформаційні можливості розділів сайту Наукової бібліотеки НУК «Відкрита наука» та «Наукові дослідження», які сприяють розвитку відкритої науки, академічної доброчесності та інформаційної підтримки дослідників.

As part of the discussion on the practical aspects of academic work, the issue of editing and updating the profiles of researchers at the V. O. Sukhomlynsky Educational and Scientific Pedagogical Institute was addressed, specifically with the aim of increasing the visibility of academic publications and ensuring the accurate presentation of research activities in the digital space.

Семінар став корисною платформою для обміну досвідом, підвищення обізнаності з інструментами відкритої науки та посилення ролі бібліотеки як інформаційного й консультаційного центру для наукової спільноти університету.
