With the aim of identifying gifted and talented students, the 5th Open Mathematics Olympiad of the Institute of Applied Engineering was held at the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding.

35 students from various institutes and departments took part in the competition.

Based on the results of the evaluation, the winners were selected:

• 1st place – Yuriy Fedorovsky (rating 1381);
• 2nd place – Polina Redka (group 1451), Alisa Sevtsova (group 1111);
• Third place – Anastasia Gitun (rating 2381), Daria Zabolotna (rating 2821), Igor Bozhko (2161), Dmytro Shpraidun (1361), Artem Zalizko (2151).
