From February 25 to March 25, 2021, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is hosting a series of webinars for researchers, which will be conducted in English. The webinars will cover topics such as how to search for research related to the Sustainable Development Goals, how to use author profiles in Scopus and the SciVal platform to find partners, and how to analyze opportunities for scientific collaboration.

The speakers at the webinars organized by Elsevier will be the company’s experts Bartłomiej Wientkowski, Krzysztof Szymański, and Kate Patyrak.

The webinars are designed for administrators of higher education institutions and research organizations, editorial board members, research staff, graduate students, and undergraduates.

Topic 1. The UN Sustainable Development Goals. How to analyze bibliometric indicators?

The webinar will feature an analysis of the Sustainable Development Goals from a bibliometric perspective. Participants will also learn how to search databases for publications on the Sustainable Development Goals, where to find necessary information about the Sustainable Development Goals, which publications were produced based on research on the Sustainable Development Goals, and which sources provided funding.

Topic 2. How can you easily publish a magazine and reach a wide audience?

The Scopus database contains over 16 million author profiles. Following recent updates, Scopus now also includes preprints.
