War leaves ruins not only on the ground, but also in people’s hearts. However, there are always those who do not lose hope and take reconstruction into their own hands. That is why the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding initiated a joint community cleanup to help rebuild the main building of the V.O. Sukhomlynsky National University of Medicine, which was damaged by enemy shelling.

And so, on March 28, the administration, faculty, and students of both universities gathered to prepare the premises for restoration. Divided into several teams, the volunteers worked tirelessly to clear away the debris left by enemy shelling in the classrooms and hallways. Some of the salvaged equipment was transported to Academic Building No. 11 of V.O. Sukhomlynsky National University to ensure the university’s uninterrupted operation.

It is through unity that the inexhaustible strength is born, which helps us overcome any obstacles.
