Under the new rules for admitting foreign nationals to Ukraine, changes have been made to the admission process.

Effective immediately, all foreign nationals and stateless persons must submit their applications for admission through the Unified Interagency Information System of Ukraine for Foreign Nationals and Stateless Persons Seeking Admission to Institutions of Vocational (Vocational-Technical), Pre-Higher, and Higher Education in Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the “Unified System”). This system was created to facilitate a convenient and official electronic exchange of information between applicants and educational institutions.
