Applicants for higher education programs must submit applications:
Admission to the National University of Kyiv for higher education
To pursue a bachelor’s degree, applicants must have completed a full secondary education (for a list of educational programs and majors for which admission is open , see Appendices 1 and 5 to the Admission Rules).
Applicants are admitted to the first year at the National University of Kyiv.
Procedure for Submitting Applications and Documents for Participation in the Competitive Selection Process
Applicants for higher education programs must submit applications:
only in electronic form, except as provided in this paragraph;
only in paper form:
if it is not possible to register for an online account or submit an application electronically for other reasons, as confirmed by a certificate from the admissions committee of the higher education institution.
Applicants referred to in the fourth paragraph of this section may submit their applications electronically, followed by the submission of documents confirming their eligibility for admission based on an individual oral interview, which must be submitted during the application period in accordance with these Procedures.
To exercise the right to admission based on the results of an individual oral interview on competitive subjects at a higher education institution and/or under Quota 1 (provided the applicant has at least one EIT certificate), the applicant must, prior to submitting the application electronically, personally submit the original(s) of the document(s) confirming the applicant’s eligibility for special conditions of participation in the competitive selection process, to the admissions committee of one of the selected higher education institutions.
Applicants may submit up to five applications for state- and regionally-funded programs under fixed-quota and open-competition programs, and up to twenty applications for non-state-funded programs.
