A brief overview of the most significant results achieved over the past 3–5 years in the relevant field, including the universities and research organizations involved in the collaboration: Over the past 5 years, the research institutions involved in the collaboration (see conference co-organizers) have achieved significant scientific advances in the field of municipal energy (heating, water supply, gas supply) and energy management.
Key topics for discussion: The following key topics are proposed for discussion: the development of scientific research and applied aspects related to heating, water, electricity, and gas supply systems; thermal modernization; renewable energy; and project and program management models
