Names of foreign countries and the number of participants from each: Azerbaijan – 1, Belarus – 1, Japan – 1, Bulgaria – 1.

The purpose of the conference was to facilitate the exchange of scientific achievements and practical skills in the application of project management methodologies, to identify promising areas of research, and to foster creative collaborations among various groups of researchers and practitioners in this field;

A brief summary of the most significant scientific achievements obtained over the past 3–5 years in the relevant field, including the universities and research institutions involved in the collaboration:

1) A strategy for the development of project-oriented organizations in the context of Agile transformation (Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture);

2) An analysis of the organization’s project portfolio management processes (National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”);

3) Proposals were presented on the development of universities and forms of education through projects—from Model 1.0 to 4.0 (Odessa National Polytechnic University); the current status and future prospects of the “Project Management” educational program were reviewed (O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy, Kharkiv);

5) Safety management in projects: origins and current trends (Lviv State University of Life Safety).

The main topics proposed for discussion are:

  1. Project-based public administration.
  2. Project-based management in manufacturing, education, and leisure.
  3. Management of Innovation Development Projects and Programs.
  4. Information Technology in Project Management.
