Oksana Yuriyivna Savina. She graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics at Mykolaiv State Pedagogical University with a degree in “Pedagogy and Methods of Secondary Education. Physics and Mathematics” and obtained a teaching certification in physics, mathematics, astronomy, and life safety. She has been working at Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding since 2005. She is engaged in research on the topic: “Value-Oriented Risk Management of Portfolios of Knowledge-Intensive Enterprise Projects,” and is the author of more than 20 scientific publications, 50 conference abstracts, manuals, and methodological materials. He actively participates in the university’s admissions campaign, as well as in community and sports life. He has received awards for his methodological materials and athletic achievements. He has been honored with commendations and awards for the high level of preparation of students for academic competitions in the disciplines of “Life Safety” and “Civil Protection” at both the national and international levels.
