He was born on May 7, 1977, in Mykolaiv. In 2000, he graduated with honors from the Odessa State Maritime Technical University with a degree in “Electromechanical Automation Systems and Electric Drives.” From 2001 to 2003, he was a graduate student in the Department of Computerized Control Systems at the National University of Shipbuilding (NUS). He defended his Ph.D. thesis on “Three-Phase Transformers with Efficient Use of Structural Volume” in 2004 (specialization 05.09.01 “Electrical Machines and Apparatus”). Since 2004, he has served as an associate professor in the Department of Marine Electrical Equipment at NSU. From 2005 to 2007, he was a recipient of a scholarship from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as the best young scientist at NSU. In 2007, he received the academic title of associate professor in the Department of Marine Electrical Equipment. From 2007 to 2013, he served as head of the Department of Agricultural Energy at Mykolaiv National Agrarian University. From 2013 to the present, he has served as an associate professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Institute of Applied Engineering of the National University of Kyiv. His research interests include special electrical machines and transformers, and energy conservation in electromechanics.
