Admission to the National University of Kyiv for higher education

To pursue an Associate’s degree, the Faculty of Culture and Communication accepts:
individuals who have completed a full secondary education;
individuals who have obtained the educational and qualification level of a skilled worker;
individuals who have obtained the educational and qualification level of a junior specialist;
individuals who have obtained any degree of higher education.
To obtain a professional associate degree in another specialty, individuals are admitted who have previously obtained such an educational level or degree of higher education, or who have completed general secondary education and are pursuing a junior specialist qualification, a degree of higher education for at least one year, and are fully completing an individual study plan.

Procedure for Submitting Applications and Documents for Participation in the Competitive Selection Process

Applicants seeking to obtain an associate degree based on a complete general (specialized) secondary education must submit their applications:
– exclusively in electronic form, except as specified in this section;
– only in paper form:
to exercise the right to admission based on an interview, the results of entrance exams in competitive subjects at a vocational pre-higher education institution, and/or Quota 1 or Quota 2 in accordance with these Rules.
Applicants may submit applications electronically, followed by the submission of documents confirming the right to admission based on an interview, which must be submitted within the application acceptance period, in accordance with these Rules;
to exercise the right to priority admission in accordance with these Rules;
if there are discrepancies in the applicant’s data in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, citizenship, etc.) and in the relevant document on previously obtained education and in the external independent evaluation certificate;
in the case of submission of a foreign educational document;
in the case of submission of documents by foreigners and stateless persons;
in the case of submission of a document on complete general secondary education issued prior to the introduction of photopolymer technologies for their production;
in the case of submission of an application after the closing dates for electronic accounts;
if it is impossible to register for an electronic account or submit an application electronically for other reasons, as confirmed by a certificate from the FKK Admissions Committee.
Applicants in categories other than those specified in paragraph 1 of this section must submit applications only in paper form.

Competitive selection

Для конкурсного відбору осіб, які на основі повної загальної середньої (профільної) освіти вступають для здобуття освітньо-професійного ступеня фахового молодшого бакалавра, зараховуються бали сертифіката(ів) зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання або результати вступних іспитів на власний розсуд у будь-яких комбінаціях відповідно до додатку 2 Правил прийому. У 2021 році приймаються сертифікати зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання 2018, 2019, 2020 та 2021 років.
Для конкурсного відбору осіб, які на основі освітньо-кваліфікаційного рівня кваліфікованого робітника вступають для здобуття освітньо-професійного ступеня фахового молодшого бакалавра, зараховуються результати зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання або вступного іспиту з української мови на власний розсуд та фахового вступного випробування з математики. У 2021 році приймаються сертифікати зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання 2018, 2019, 2020 та 2021 років.
Конкурсний бал (КБ) розраховується для вступу на основі повної загальної середньої (профільної) освіти за формулою:
конкурсний бал (КБ) = П1+П2+А+ОУ,
де П1 – оцінка зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання або вступного іспиту з української мови. Замість результатів з української мови можуть використовуватися результати з української мови і літератури;
П2 – оцінка зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання або вступного іспиту з математики, історії України або фізики;
А – середній бал документа про повну загальну середню (профільну) освіту, переведений в шкалу від 100 до 200 балів відповідно до Таблиці переведення середнього бала документа про середню освіту, обрахованого за 12-бальною шкалою, у шкалу 100–200 (додаток 3);
ОУ – бал за успішне закінчення підготовчих курсів НУК ім. адм. Макарова для вступу до нього за шкалою від 0 до 50 балів.
У разі подання результатів зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання бал вступника за відповідне вступне випробування підвищується на 25 відсотків.
Результати вступних іспитів для вступників на основі повної загальної середньої освіти оцінюються за шкалою від 100 до 200 балів.
Вступники на навчання для здобуття вищої освіти подають заяви: тільки в електронній формі, крім особливих випадків.
Конкурсний бал розраховується для вступу на основі освітньо-кваліфікаційного рівня кваліфікованого робітника за формулою:

де П1 – оцінка вступного іспиту або зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання з української мови. Замість результатів з української мови можуть використовуватися результати з української мови і літератури;
П2 – оцінка фахового вступного випробування з математики;
ОУ – бал призерам ІІІ етапу Всеукраїнських конкурсів фахової майстерності серед учнів закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти з професій. Оцінки вступних іспитів виставляються за шкалою 100–200 балів.
Призерам (особам, нагородженим дипломами І–ІІІ ступенів) ІІІ етапу Всеукраїнських конкурсів фахової майстерності серед учнів закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти з професій 2021 року останній доданок встановлюється рівним 100.
