WORK EXPERIENCE:
2003–2004: Main Directorate of the State Treasury of Ukraine in Mykolaiv Oblast, Chief Specialist of the State Budget Revenue Division.
2004–present: Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding (Mykolaiv). From 2004 to 2009, served as a lecturer in the Department of Accounting and Auditing; from 2010 to 2013, served as Associate Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Economics and Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting and Economic Analysis; From 2013 to the present, he has served as Head of the Department of Methodological Support and Quality Monitoring of Education and as an associate professor in the Department of Accounting and Economic Analysis.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Teaching the courses “Financial Accounting,” “Economic Analysis,” “Accounting and Analysis of Foreign Economic Activity,” “Accounting in Business Management,” and “Forensic Accounting” to students majoring in 071 “Accounting and Taxation.”
Advisor to student groups, Deputy Executive Secretary of the University Admissions Committee, responsible for academic and educational activities and support for the educational process at the Faculty of Engineering and Economics.
Planning, documenting, and overseeing the educational process at the university; organizing the work of the university’s Scientific and Methodological Council; and organizing and supporting activities related to licensing and accreditation at the university.

Team leader for the implementation of a quality management system at a higher education institution with Level IV accreditation. Experience in successfully certifying implemented quality management systems at the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding and the State Enterprise “Olvia Stevedoring Company.”
Five years of managerial experience at a Level IV-accredited institution of higher education in the position of department head. Oversaw the university’s activities related to academic and pedagogical work, licensing and accreditation, and the maintenance of the quality management system at the institution.
