Програма орієнтована на підготовку висококваліфікованих фахівців, здатних здійснювати управлінську, інформаційно-аналітичну, експертну та науково-дослідну діяльність у сфері документно-інформаційного забезпечення органів публічної влади в умовах цифрової трансформації суспільства.
Особливий акцент у програмі зроблено на формуванні компетентностей, необхідних для управління документними та інформаційними ресурсами, інформаційно-аналітичного супроводу управлінської діяльності, експертного оцінювання документів та інформаційних ресурсів, застосування нормативно-правових засад інформаційної діяльності, забезпечення інформаційної безпеки, а також упровадження сучасних цифрових технологій у сферу публічного управління.
Програма забезпечує розвиток компетентностей у сфері стратегічного планування та організації документно-інформаційної діяльності, управління документаційними процесами відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства, використання систем електронного документообігу та електронного урядування, розроблення й реалізації інноваційних рішень у сфері інформаційної діяльності, а також управління комунікаціями та взаємодією з громадськістю в умовах цифрової трансформації публічного сектору. Дисципліни, що пропонуються до обов’язкового вивчення, відповідають зазначеним напрямам.

The educational program «Documentation and Information Activities of Public Authorities» is based on a systematic approach to the training of masters, providing comprehensive coverage of the subject area, a structured list of educational  components and their logical sequence.
The program is focused on training highly qualified specialists capable of carrying out managerial, information-analytical, expert and research activities in the field of document and information support of public authorities in the context of  the digital transformation of society.
The program places special emphasis on the formation of competencies necessary for the management of document and information resources, information-analytical support of management activities, expert evaluation of documents and information resources, application of regulatory and legal principles of information activities, ensuring information security, as well as the introduction of modern digital technologies in the field of public administration.
The program provides the development of competencies in the field of strategic planning and organization of document and information activities, management of documentation processes in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, use of electronic document management and e-government systems, development and implementation of innovative solutions in the field of information activities, as well as management of communications and interaction with the public in the context of digital transformation of the public sector. The disciplines offered for mandatory study correspond to the indicated areas.
