Field of study and professional activity: the history of humanity, Ukraine, and other countries in all its manifestations. Educational objectives: to train specialists capable of solving complex specialized tasks and practical problems characterized by complexity and uncertainty in the fields of history and archaeology.
Theoretical content of the subject area: a system of scientific theories, concepts, principles, categories, methods, and notions used in the study of the past of various societies and their segments, phenomena, and figures, as well as the totality of material, everyday, spiritual, and social aspects within a specific spatial and temporal period.
Methods, methodologies, and technologies: general scientific and specialized historical methods for analyzing events, structures, processes, cultures, and individuals; methods and methodologies for researching historical sources and archaeological cultures; information and communication technologies.
The History and Archaeology program outlines the structure of the bachelor’s degree program, consisting of a series of educational components arranged in a logical sequence to foster the development of experts in the field of history.
