Abstract

Developing professional competencies in individuals capable of realizing their potential in academic and scientific fields, holding leadership positions in government and local self-government bodies, and in enterprises engaged in a chosen type of economic activity, thanks to analytical thinking, the ability to make and implement well-founded decisions, and to generate new knowledge that contributes to the intellectualization and innovation of business.

A distinctive feature of the ONP is its focus on meeting the needs of economic science and business practice for specialists with an original way of thinking, capable of independently and critically understanding current processes and phenomena, and organizing the transfer of knowledge that ensures sustainable economic development.

The program aims to develop the professional competencies of individuals capable of realizing their potential in academic and scientific fields, assuming leadership roles in state and local government bodies, and at enterprises engaged in their chosen economic activities—all through analytical thinking, the ability to make and implement informed decisions, and the generation of new knowledge, which contribute to the intellectualization and innovation of business.

A key feature of the ESP is its focus on meeting the needs of economic science and business practice by training specialists with an original way of thinking, who are capable of independently and critically analyzing current processes and phenomena, and facilitating the transfer of knowledge that ensures the sustainability of economic development.
