Training professionals capable of addressing complex challenges and practical issues in special education with the aim of correcting and compensating for psychophysical developmental disorders in individuals with special educational needs across various age groups.
The objectives of the educational program are to equip students with general and professional competencies that enable them to address complex diagnostic, remedial-educational, remedial-upbringing, remedial-developmental, and consultative-educational tasks; to master the methodology and practice of professional activity by incorporating innovative technological developments in speech-language pathology and special psychology into the curriculum of pedagogical and psychological disciplines; and to obtain the academic qualification of a specialist in special education for work in early childhood education institutions, general secondary education institutions, regional resource centers, and regional centers.
The main focus of the educational program and specialization: general knowledge in the field of A6 Special Education. Preparation for professional practice in general education and special education institutions, extracurricular educational institutions, and rehabilitation centers. Study of the characteristics and practical implementation of research work in the field of special
education.
