Abstract

The "Applied Linguistics" educational program outlines the master’s degree curriculum, the list of educational components, and their logical sequence, which contribute to the development of professionals in high demand in the fields of education, science, translation, and IT. The program offers the following required course clusters: 1) language-specific courses aimed at deepening knowledge of foreign languages (English and German) with the possibility of subsequently taking international exams; 2) programming courses related to mastering the skills of designing information systems; 3) research-oriented courses, aimed at mastering traditional and cutting-edge research techniques in classical and marginal fields of linguistics, including for the purposes of language teaching and translation; 4) paradigmatic courses, which introduce students to comprehensive fields of linguistics and their issues.
