The purpose of the program is to create conditions for the development of management competencies that will ensure the effective functioning of educational institutions in the conditions of rapid changes and innovation. The key components of the program include: theoretical management principles, including the study of basic management theories, principles and methods used in the educational process; organization of the educational process that covers the analysis of current trends in the organization of training and management of curricula and programs; financial management, which involves familiarization with budgeting, financial planning and resource support of educational institutions; Personnel management that shapes personnel management, including motivation, evaluation of efficiency and development of professional competencies. The program is carried out in a remote form of learning, which provides flexibility and accessibility for students, allowing them to combine learning with professional activity.
