Метою ОПП є підготовка конкурентоспроможного вчителя початкових класівзакладу загальної середньої освіти, здатного здійснювати освітній процес на засадахпартнерської взаємодії, розв’язувати складні спеціалізовані задачі, проблеми інноваційного та дослідницького характеру у галузі початкової освіти, організовуватибезпечне освітнє середовище Нової української школи та особистісно-професійного розвитку.

Орієнтація освітньої програми: ОПП ґрунтується на загальновідомих науково-методичних і практичних результатах із врахуванням сучасного стану галузі початкової освіти, орієнтує на актуальні спеціальності, в рамках яких можлива подальша професійна кар’єра.

Особливістю освітньо-професійної програми є спрямованість на вирішення прикладних завдань в галузі початкової освіти, підготовка майбутнього фахівця до виконання педагогічних функцій, ураховуючи сучасні вимоги в освітньому середовищі. Програма базується на нормативних документах у сфері початкової освіти; опанування методик реалізації інтегрованого навчання молодших школярів. Враховує побажання стейкхолдерів щодо покращення фахової підготовки, що реалізується через періодичне оновлення вибіркових дисциплін.

Передбачає значний обсяг практичної підготовки, її інтеграцію з теорією та взаємне доповнення освітніх компонентів, що сприяє якісному оволодінню фундаментальними знаннями з належною їх трансформацією у практичну площину; рівнозначний розвиток Hard skills (спеціальних вузькопрофесійних умінь та навичок) та Soft skills (універсальних надпрофесійних навичок) завдяки використанню компетентнісного підходу під час вивчення обов’язкових та вибіркових дисциплін, використання пошукових методів, проблемного навчання.

The purpose of the Educational Professional Program is to prepare a competitive primary school teacher of a general secondary education institution, capable of implementing the educational process on the basis of partnership, solving complex specialized tasks, problems of an innovative and research nature in the field of primary education, organizing a safe educational environment of the New Ukrainian School and personal and professional development.

Orientation of the educational program: The educational and professional program is based on well-known scientific, methodological and practical results, taking into account the current state of the primary education sector, and focuses on relevant specialties within which a further professional career is possible.

A feature of the educational and professional program is the focus on solving applied problems in the field of primary education, preparing a future specialist to perform pedagogical functions, taking into account modern requirements in the educational environment. The program is based on regulatory documents in the field of primary education; mastering the methods of implementing integrated learning for younger schoolchildren. It takes into account the wishes of stakeholders to improve professional training, which is implemented through periodic updating of elective disciplines.

It provides for a significant amount of practical training, its integration with theory and mutual complementarity of educational components, which contributes to the high-quality mastery of fundamental knowledge with its proper transformation into a practical plane; equivalent development of Hard skills (special narrowly professional skills and abilities) and Soft skills (universal supra-professional skills) through the use of a competency-based approach when studying mandatory and elective disciplines, the use of search methods, and problem-based learning.
