Освітня програма «Юридичний переклад» має своїм фокусом формування професійних компетентностей для здійснення різних видів юридичного перекладу, в т. ч. і синхронного, з опертям на синтезування знань перекладознавчих і правових парадигм. У зв’язку з цим її сконструйовано з трьох блоків освітніх компонент: 1) власне-мовних, що вможливлюють опанувати англійською та німецькою мовами; 2) правових (юридичних), що дають цілісне уявлення про правові системи України та країн Європейського Союзу; 3) перекладознавчих, що знайомлять та вкорінюють у майбутнього бакалавра навички здійснення письмових і усних перекладів передусім юридичних текстів (контрактів, угод, постанов тощо) та низки дискурсних практик (напр., судовий переклад) із використанням релевантних перекладацьких трансформацій. Принагідно освітньою програмою передбачено опанування сучасними комп’ютерними програмами для експрес-перекладів, редагування та постредагування текстів вихідною мовою.

The educational program “Juridical  Translation» focuses on the formation of professional competences for the implementation of various types of juridical translation, including simultaneous translation, based on the synthesis of knowledge of translation and legal paradigms. In this regard, it is constructed from three blocks of educational components: 1) actual language components for mastering the English and German languages; 2) legal (juridical), which provide a holistic view of the legal systems of Ukraine and the countries of the European Union; 3) special translation components, which introduce and inculcate in the future bachelor the skills of performing written and oral translations, primarily of legal texts (contracts, agreements, resolutions, etc.) and a number of discourse practices (e.g., court translation) using relevant translation transformations. In addition, the educational program provides for mastering modern computer programs for express translations, editing and post-editing of texts in the source language.
